I got news from Jean's brother-in-law early yesterday morning that Jean had passed away at the hospital, and even though I know she went home to be with the Lord (and I should be ecstatic about that<\/em>), I couldn't seem to shake the grief...<\/p>\n\n\n\nIn fact, it took me a long time to refocus and remember that when things don't go our way, we have a choice. We can either move closer to GOD during the bad times or walk away from him when we feel let down!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Apostle Paul encourages us to give thanks no matter the circumstances (and stay close to GOD). That way, we acknowledge (by Faith) that GOD is in control and that He is at work to produce good things\u2014even during tough times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
