I watched a couple of short videos a while back that some parents had posted of their small children receiving their heart's desire – a little puppy!
In both cases, the children didn’t immediately laugh and hug the dog but instead cried openly, turned and gratefully hugged their parents.
Let’s not be smug or self-satisfied with what we have and what has been given to us by His Grace.
The Italians have a brilliant expression: “Tira fuori quello che ti brucia dentro.” which translates brilliantly as: Tear out that which burns within you!
Many 'things' will make demands on your time today - True Love being one of them. Our Father wants to love on you, bless you, heal your brokenness, and pour upon you the Spirit of gladness!
Be like the child that receives the puppy, don’t be afraid or ashamed to show your feelings or gratitude…
