In this age of ‘fast-this’ and ‘quick-that’, most of us think we can just pray and trusting-obedience will supernaturally appear! Then when we do suffer something yukky, (and the only thing that manifests is our child-like sulks), don’t we get fabulously huffed with GOD!
Lord, help me not to spit my dummy out every time something hits the fan and I don’t get my own way. Help me to ‘know, feel and hear’ Jesus is with me during these times of trial, and Glorify You as He draws me through.

My friend Ian - who's undergone some pretty severe, invasive and intense head surgery to remove a growth. He sent me this yesterday: I may have an infection in my transplant. That's a concern coz I don't want it to fail coz if it does I start all over again but with the other leg. I've just had a small procedure which was done over 1.5hrs and bits were quite painful. .
