(Or, for those preferring a more traditional Bible interpretation):

"I have strength for all things in Christ Who empowers me [I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him Who infuses inner strength into me; I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency]." (Phil 4:13)

Anyway, whichever way it gets translated, it still tells us that HIS Strength 'in us' makes us more than equal to the task ahead!

NB - and the best part is that you don't need to psych yourself up to just 'be' the you that our Heavenly Father created you to be when He knit you together in your mother's womb! Even if you've messed up big time, walked or even ran away, and have been left rolling around in your own lifeblood - He will still pursue you, not leaving you as you are, but will give you the command to LIVE!!! (Ezek 16:6)
