(GOD speaking) "And I said, ‘You shall call Me, My Father
And not turn away from following Me.’. (Jere 3:19)

Do you remember the story of satan appearing to three catholic priests a few days ago?

Well, the third priest's 3-tier response really spoke to me - namely, whenever we're faced with a problem:

  1. We should never talk to the enemy.
  2. No one in the world has the power to change the past.
  3. Satan’s interest (in us) is not to prove our virtue but to trap us in the past so that we neglect the present, which is the only time God gives us His grace, and we can cooperate with Him to fulfil His will.

This got me thinking. Let's say someone is continually being trapped in 'fear'. What do we usually recommend they do? Go to the Word, right? I.e. "There are 365 instances in the Bible where GOD says "Do not fear ...!"

So, our 'religious' response determines (demands) that we 'do' something. But - What does Jesus say we should do when we're faced with all sorts of issues?

(Jesus speaking) "But first and most importantly seek (aim at, strive after) His kingdom and His righteousness [His way of doing and being right—the attitude and character of God], and all these things will be given to you also. So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." (Mat 6:33)

As I see it, whenever we face something untoward, like a child, we should immediately rush to GOD's Presence—allow Him to calm us, and then 'listen' to His direction.

As usual, I asked the Lord what He wanted to say, and He led me to this: “As one whom his mother comforts, so I will comfort you;
And you will be comforted..."

“Are your ears awake? Listen. Listen to the Wind Words, the Spirit blowing through the churches. Christ-conquerors are safe from Devil-death.” (Rev 2:11) ❤️
