I pleaded with the Lord three times that it might leave me; but He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you [My lovingkindness and My mercy are more than enough—always available—regardless of the situation]; for [My] power is being perfected [and is completed and shows itself most effectively] in [your] weakness.” (2 Cor 12:8)

I don't know about you, but when I read this, I thought, "What is Grace, then?"

I am writing this after hearing from my friend Ian Petch in hospital. He has just undergone another operation, this time to remove cancer from his thyroid gland... (prayers, please)

I write this after trying to call my friend Fabio and receiving a short text a while later telling me that he couldn't answer the phone as he was trying to sleep as he didn't sleep again last night after suffering the same horrible pains in his legs ... (prayers, please)

I write this after my wife and I shifted almost 2,000 kilos of stone from where it was delivered to where it was supposed to go. In the process, I smashed my thumb so hard that it instantly reminded me of the poem, "A throbbing reminder with every wake, A cruel and unforgiving foe That leaves no respite, no place to go ..."

So, I asked GOD, "Lord, what is Grace to You?" To which He responded, "Grace is my love for you in action!"

Are your ears awake? Listen. Listen to the Wind Words, the Spirit blowing through the churches. Christ-conquerors are safe from Devil-death.” (Rev 2:11)
