Here are six things GOD hates, and one more that he loathes with a passion (Prov 6:16)
- Eyes that are arrogant. [the attitude that makes one overestimate oneself and discount others],
- A tongue that lies,
- Hands that murder the innocent,
- A heart that hatches evil plots,
- Feet that race down a wicked track,
- A mouth that lies under oath. [even telling half-truths],
- A troublemaker in the family. [spreading rumours],
The thing is, when we check this list against the one in our heads, we’ll see that our Father GOD doesn’t even mention Traffic Wardens, or Estate Agents, or Members of Parliament or … !
And it's no good complaining to Jesus about the way you've been treated by someone because he's definitively told us to “Love one another, as I have loved you!” (John 13:34)
Are your ears awake? Listen. Listen to the Wind Words, the Spirit blowing through the churches. Christ-conquerors are safe from Devil-death.” (Rev 2:11)
