“Here’s what I want: Give me a God-listening heart so I can lead your people well, discerning the difference between good and evil..." (1 Kings 3:11)

Just read this and had to share... "I was in an encounter one day, when the Lord said to me, "I have many children, many servants, but not many intimate friends, because many people come to Me with the intention of having their needs and wants met, others come to Me with the intention of being gifted for service to Me, but very few come to Me with only one agenda, to know Me and become intimate with Me."

The beauty of chasing God for who He is is that you never feel you have arrived. In fact, the more you seek Him, the more you feel like you don't know Him at all. The more you feed on Him, the hungrier you are for Him.

Of course, in the process, He will meet your needs, and He will use you, but because that's not what you were chasing after, you don't settle. You keep chasing after Him. You don't lose the childlike, wide-eyed, open-mouthed, mystified wonder as well.

The more you see, the more amazed you are.

Are your ears awake? Listen. Listen to the Wind Words, the Spirit blowing through the churches. Christ-conquerors are safe from Devil-death.” (Rev 2:11)
