(John 17:20) “(Jesus praying) “I’m praying … for those who will believe in me… The goal is for all of them to become one heart and mind—Just as you, Father, are in me and I in you, So they might be one heart and mind with us. Then the world might believe that you, in fact, sent me. The same glory you gave me, I gave them, So they’ll be as unified and together as we are—I in them and you in me. Then they’ll be mature in this oneness, And give the godless world evidence That you’ve sent me and loved them In the same way you’ve loved me.”

THE GIFT OF CHRISTMAS ...

It’s a bit like the film Groundhog Day! Every day, GOD’s mercies towards us are renewed so that we can keep on proving GOD’s Love through Jesus to a godless world by righting previous wrongs!

Using the Gift of Glory that our Father GOD gave Jesus and he then Gifted to us (and by trusting the Holy Spirit), we get the chance every day to give love instead of anger, hope instead of despair, comfort rather than grief ... as well as bringing His Healing Peace to some very ugly and toxic situations!

GOD, who created all our hearts, says, “It is never too late for Me. Stop stressing and listen to My Voice—My love will guide you. Do your part and trust in Me enough to honour Me.” 

Heavenly Father, giver of life and health: Comfort and relieve those who are sick amongst us—Amy, Daniela, Kristina, Paul, Roger, Alastair, Ian, Alex, Alexander, Lynette, James, Keiron, Samantha, Jay, Liliana, Maria, Susanna, and those you bring to our minds right now… Please grant your healing power to those who minister to all the sick among us so they may be strengthened in their weakness and have confidence in your loving care. We pray this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen
