THE GIFT OF CHRISTMAS ...

I remember a Christmas at Church when children were encouraged to come to the front to see a Christmas adaptation of the Angel Gabriel speaking with the Virgin Mary.

As everything took place, I noticed two young girls weaving slowly in and out of their mothers' legs. Their curiosity burned brightly as they watched the action intently, innocence written all over their faces.

As the picture I’ve painted forms in your heart, think on—GOD is likewise speaking and calling us all back to those comforting and secure times. It’s never too late.

GOD, who created all our hearts, says, “Stop stressing. My love will guide you—just do your part and trust in Me enough to honour Me.” 

Heavenly Father, giver of life and health: Comfort and relieve those who are sick amongst us—Paul, Roger, Alastair, Ian, Alex, Alexander, Lynette, James, Keiron, Samantha, Jay, Liliana, Maria, Susanna, and those you bring to our minds right now… Please grant your healing power to those who minister to all the sick among us so they may be strengthened in their weakness and have confidence in your loving care. We pray this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen
