I was thinking of just what were the benefits of Worshipping GOD and found these 10 Points:
INVITES THE PRESENCE OF GOD. (2 Chronicles 5:13). Then a billowing cloud filled The Temple of God. The priests couldn’t even carry out their duties because of the cloud—the glory of God!
BRINGS VICTORY. 2 Chronicles 20:15-20. "You won’t have to lift a hand in this battle; just stand firm..."
BRINGS DELIVERANCE FROM ENEMIES. Psalm 18:3. "I sing to God, the Praise-Lofty, and find myself safe and saved."
SATISFIES THE SOUL. Psalm 63:1-5. "So here I am in the place of worship, eyes open, drinking in your strength and glory. In your generous love I am really living at last! My lips brim praises like fountains. I bless you every time I take a breath; My arms wave like banners of praise to you.
REPELS DEPRESSION. Isaiah 61:3. "The Spirit of God, the Master, is on me because God anointed me. He sent me to preach good news to the poor, heal the heartbroken, Announce freedom to all captives, pardon all prisoners.
BRINGS LIBERTY. Acts 16:25-26. "Along about midnight, Paul and Silas were at prayer and singing a robust hymn to God. The other prisoners couldn’t believe their ears. Then, without warning, a huge earthquake! The jailhouse tottered, every door flew open, all the prisoners were loose."
BRINGS JOY. Psalm 100:4. Enter His gates with a song of thanksgiving And His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, bless and praise His name.
DRAWS MEN TO GOD. John 12:32 "And I, if and when I am lifted up from the earth [on the cross], will draw all people to Myself [Gentiles, as well as Jews].”
As usual, I've asked the Lord what He wants to say to you, and I believe He led me here...
"I formed your body from the dust, then, by breathing My breath into it, I made your body of dust live. My breath created your soul. The dust did not embody a soul, but it became a soul – you became a whole creature."
“Are your ears awake? Listen. Listen to the Wind Words, the Spirit blowing through the churches. Christ-conquerors are safe from Devil-death.” (Rev 2:11)
