(Jesus speaking) “Look at me. I stand at the door. I knock. If you hear me call and open the door, I’ll come right in and sit down to supper with you. Conquerors will sit alongside me at the head table, just as I, having conquered, took the place of honour at the side of my Father. That’s my gift to the conquerors!” (Rev 3:20)

I heard a great story once of Jesus walking up to a scruffy-looking homeless man who was huddled up and crying outside a Church.

Jesus asked him: “Son, why are you crying?” The homeless man responded, "They won't let me in..." Jesus looked at the closed door and sighed, “Son, I’ve been trying to get into this place for 50 years; they won’t let me in either!”

I remember spending a few days at a retreat where 120 of us really enjoyed ‘Church.’

We saw people set free from fear. We saw hearts open up to our Heavenly Father's gentle Holy Spirit. Forgiveness and Grace palpably ministered among us – and heart-friendships were made.

Spread the Good News and enjoy Church with Jesus today.
