Three days later, there was a wedding in the village of Cana in Galilee. Jesus’ mother was there. Jesus and his disciples were guests also. When they started running low on wine at the wedding banquet, Jesus’ mother told him, “They’re just about out of wine.”

Jesus said, “Is that any of our business, Mother—yours or mine? This isn’t my time. Don’t push me.”

She went ahead anyway, telling the servants, “Whatever he tells you, do it.” (John‬ ‭2:1)

All the Self-help books on Earth or thousand hours spent surfing the internet will never compete with Mary’s simple one-liner.

Why? Because ...

… whoever did want him, who believed he was who he claimed and would do what he said, He made to be their true selves, their child-of-God selves. (John‬ ‭1:13‬)

Isn’t this what we all really want? To finally lose the ugly, torn and ruptured chrysalis we've been carrying of insecurity, doubt and fear? To finally be able to unfold our spiritual self and understand who we really are – and, by definition, who we can be?

Child of the Living GOD, the remedy to all Life's ailments are so simple - 'do what He says'.
