New Year resolutions have been (and gone), and now it's time for summer clothes, and the merry-go-round keeps spinning …!

It all reminds me of a sign I saw outside a Gym: “IT’S BEEN SIX MONTHS SINCE I JOINED THE GYM, AND STILL THERE'S NO PROGRESS. I’M GOING THERE IN PERSON TOMORROW TO SEE WHAT’S GOING ON!

Food, drink, excess, exercise ... we all have to begin somewhere! There's also a joke about Fred crying out to GOD to help him win the lottery ... day after day, for weeks, GOD hears this guy crying out to him. Finally, GOD can take it no more and shouts down: "Fred, at least meet me halfway and BUY A TICKET!"

If we want to succeed, we have to engage – or at least turn-up!
