All of us – and every day – are faced with situations that will make us ‘bitter’ or ‘better.’

The Holy Spirit within us is totally against injustice and He knows the best way to come out from under the situation you are facing right now – all He asks is that you turn to Him, open up your shaking white-knuckled fists and lay down the weapons you have gathered around you; anger, hurt, bitterness, vengeance…

(Jesus speaking) Pray like this: ‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.’

Tonia - who is struggling with the effects of chemo for breast cancer. I understand that she met with her consultant yesterday and I'm awaiting news to pass on to you ...

Emma - who's awaiting 'positive' oncology results. She's currently physically incapacitated through severe pain and due to circumstances needs urgent financial assistance with a disability chair that seems to cost as much as a small car...! DM me if you can offer her (any) help ...

Young Lydia - her father told me last week that she came out of hospital on Thursday, but had to go back to the doctor Friday with severe pain. She's now waiting for a heart appointment and the results. She's also waiting to see a surgeon regarding her on going stomach pain and stoma problems...

Karen - who’s life support has now been turned off and they are now using her organs for donations. Please can we pray for her daughter Sarah and partner, and their two-week old baby Willow ...

Rachel - who has now passed away in the Hospice! Please can we continue to pray for her, her boys and her husband Jamie …

As well as quite a few others (GOD knows who they are), who are really going through some yukky stuff right now
